How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 33% of the booking total with the balance payable on arrival.
Are there any extras to pay?
No at South Beach Apartments everything is included no meters or charges for laundry facilities or wifi.
Are there parking facilities?
There are no private parking facilities at the apartments, However there is unrestricted (free) on street parking outside the apartments and on adjoining streets but we cannot guarantee spaces.
Are pets accepted?
No we do not accept any species of pets.
Do you accept stag hen type parties?
We do not accept any same sex groups even as little as 4 people.
Is smoking allowed?

NO! The apartments are fully non smoking.
When entering our dates online no apartments come up?
This means we are full and have no available apartments if your dates are a little flexible you could try moving them by a day or two.
Are Apartments fully self contained?
Yes they are all self contained with own cooking facilities and bathrooms
Terms and Conditions of bookings
If Booking an apartment for more than 2 Adults in 1 apartment please email/or phone us on 01253 404898 first.
A deposit is required for all bookings, this is 33% of the total price.
Balances are to be paid on arrival.
Bookings are from 2pm (3pm in high season) on the day of arrival, until 10am on the day of departure
A booking is not complete until we have received your confirmation of booking and a deposit/payment.
All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to re-let. If not re-let the balance is payable.
Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
The apartment can only be occupied by the persons named on the booking form.
All guests who stay at South Beach Apartments must conduct themselves in an acceptable manner
The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time, if, in their opinion the behaviour of the guest(s) is unacceptable
Guests undertake to pay for any damage and breakages during their stay. The management do not hold themselves responsible for any valuables left in the apartments. There is no Car Parking on site The apartments are strictly non-smoking, no pets. We do not accept bookings for stag or hen type parties. Payment implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
